The South Cave Arts Festival first took place in July 2006.  It was the work of a small group of local residents and parish councillors, all with an interest in the arts.  Thanks to the hard work of the organisers the festival is now in its third year and includes a number of popular events such as the art exhibition, poetry and music evening and book sale.
